Voucher Scheme
1. What are IGNITE vouchers?
Vouchers are provided by AITS to businesses that attend the IGNITE Conference & Show. They are designed for use when making purchases from participating exhibitors at the Trade Show.
2. How much are the vouchers worth?
AITS members that register to attend the show will be entitled to £200 worth of vouchers for use at the event. Non-members will be entitled to £100 worth of vouchers.
3. How do we obtain the vouchers?
First, you need to request a set of vouchers upon booking tickets in order to be eligible to use IGNITE vouchers at the event. A set of vouchers will then be ready for collection - by the designated contact person - at the welcome desk at the event. Please note that maximum of 4 x £50 vouchers or 2 x £50 vouchers will be endorsed per trading address.
4. How do we use our business vouchers?
You or anyone within your team may redeem your vouchers when making purchases from participating exhibitors at the show. However, a maximum of 1 x £50 voucher may be redeemed per individual exhibitor.​​
Voucher Validation
Your vouchers must be validated with an AITS stamp before you can use them. Only vouchers stamped by AITS are valid. Unstamped vouchers will not be accepted by exhibitors.
Loss of Vouchers
Any loss of stamped vouchers is not our responsibility, so please keep them safe. We cannot provide replacements once they have been validated.
Exhibitor Rights
Participating exhibitors reserve the right to set conditions of sale, including but not limited to minimum purchase requirements and product exclusions.
